I began my ASMR journey after countless nights of insomnia as a teenager in high school. I would mindlessly scroll on YouTube every night and accidentally came across my first "ASMR" video. I was shocked at how sleepy I began to feel within minutes of watching it, and I kept coming back to it. Little did I know that my life was about to change forever.
I began posting my own ASMR content and have since amassed over 1.5+ million followers across all platforms. I was thrilled to have found so many people who enjoyed my content.
HOWEVER... I was stuck in a toxic relationship for years that held me back from excelling any further in my career and finally found the courage to break things off. That was when my feminine energy & inner work journey began. I realized I had so much healing to do before I could attract a healthy masculine man, break free from burn out, and actually accept all the blessings that were coming my way.
I came across my first feminine energy video on YouTube and began learning all about inner work & healing, and haven't stopped since. I became my new obsession and made it my mission to teach you how to do the same thing.

I grew up with undiagnosed ADHD and struggled to feel accepted by the people around me. I constantly felt looked down on, and stepped into my masculine energy at a young age to hypercorrect the fact that I couldn't keep up with my peers. It lead me down years of "hustle" culture and eventually burnout, and I simply could not understand why I felt so tired all the time. After beginning my feminine energy journey, I was shocked to discover I had been denying the child-like parts of myself like playing and being silly. It sounds counterintuitive, but dropping the structure and the logic allowed me to trust my intuition and become the most relaxed version of myself.
Now I am continuing my journey as a feminine energy & content creator coach. I have learned many new tips on growing a YouTube channel along the way, and am here to guide you through your inner work shifts or career as a content creator.
